P.D. Yoko is passionate about the written word and its ability
to facilitate change. When she was young, her father instilled in her
a great respect for literature and written communication. He advised
her to always choose her words wisely, because they have the ability
to “hurt or heal.”
With that motivation, Ms. Yoko enjoys using her talents to inspire,
console, motivate and encourage others. Whether it’s instructional
guides, informational articles, profiles or business documents, she is
dedicated to inspire the reader toward a sense of purpose. Her feature
articles, fillers and opinion editorials have appeared in such
publications as The
Houston Post, The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Focus Magazine, The Daily
News Journal, and
Land Development Today Magazine.
Her technical writing and graphic arts have been used by many
Fortune 500 companies and corporations such as Holiday Inn Corporation,
Giant Eagle, Inc., and Marathon Oil Corporation. She has produced a
wide range of business documents such as annual reports, bios/ profiles,
policy manuals, brochures, newsletters, online content, email communiqués,
instructional guides, proposals, public relations and resumes.

Ms. Yoko is currently working on the completion of a period novel for
